Asia Work LLC is a Ukrainian recruitment company registered in Kyiv, Ukraine. We operate the website https://asiawork.org and connect workers from Asia with Ukrainian employers.

2. Data we collect

We collect three categories of personal data:

  • Application data: name, contact details, passport number, work history, skills, country of residence
  • Communication data: messages you send via email, WhatsApp, contact form, recordings of calls if you consent
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, page views collected via Google Analytics 4 and cookies

3. How we use your data

  • Match you with suitable Ukrainian employers
  • Process work permit and D visa applications
  • Communicate about your application and onboarding
  • Comply with Ukrainian immigration and tax law
  • Improve our website and services

4. Third parties

We share data only with:

  • Ukrainian state authorities for work permit and visa processing
  • Verified employers we match you with, only after your consent
  • Google Analytics for anonymized website usage statistics
  • Vercel as our hosting provider, located in EU and US
  • Neon as our database provider, located in US East AWS

We do not sell your data. We do not share with marketing networks. We never publish candidate names without consent.

5. Data retention

Application data is retained for 5 years after your last interaction, in line with Ukrainian record-keeping requirements for licensed recruitment agencies. You can request deletion at any time via info@asiawork.com.ua.

6. Your rights

  • Access: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention rules
  • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdrawal: withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site function and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand traffic. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
