Asia Work is a Kyiv-based Ukrainian recruitment company (TOV "Asia Work UA" / ТОВ "Азія Ворк ЮА"). We place workers from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, China, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and the UAE–Saudi corridor into legal jobs at Ukrainian employers.
Our model is turnkey: job match, work permit, D-03 visa support, travel coordination, and arrival onboarding. Candidates deal with one team. Agencies get a clear submission and document workflow.

We do not charge candidates an upfront placement fee. Employers cover Asia Work service costs under our contracts.

Ukrainian manufacturers, construction firms, and logistics companies need skilled foreign labour. Workers from Asia need a legal path with transparent steps. Many intermediaries stop at CV collection. We stay responsible through the visa and first week on site.
How we work
