Who We Seek as Partners

We work with agencies that meet three conditions:

  1. Licensed. Valid government-issued recruitment license in your operating country (MEA registration in India, OEP in Pakistan, BMET in Bangladesh, DOLAB in Vietnam, POEA in Philippines, or equivalent).

  2. Ethical. Agencies that do not overcharge candidates, fabricate documents, or misrepresent job terms. We verify agency credentials before onboarding and reserve the right to terminate partnerships where unethical practices are discovered.

  3. Operational. A functioning office, staff who communicate in English, and the ability to collect and verify candidate documents before submission. We do not work with agencies that exist only on paper.

No minimum placement volume is required to start. The partnership is designed to scale as you prove candidate quality and reliability.
