1. Acceptance of terms

By using https://asiawork.org or applying for a position through Asia Work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Service description

Asia Work is a licensed Ukrainian recruitment agency. We match workers from Asia with Ukrainian employers and provide turnkey visa, work permit and arrival support. We are not an employer ourselves. The employment contract is between you and the Ukrainian employer.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining
  • Be legally allowed to leave your country of residence
  • Pass medical and background checks where required
  • Provide accurate and complete information in your application

4. Application process

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. We evaluate applications based on employer demand, your skills, and visa eligibility. We may decline applications without obligation to provide a reason.

5. Fees

We do not charge candidates upfront fees for placement. Service fees are paid by the employer. Workers are responsible for consulate visa fees, passport-related costs, medical exams, and travel costs unless explicitly covered in the offer.

6. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and documents
  • Attend scheduled consulate appointments and interviews on time
  • Comply with the employment contract terms once placed
  • Comply with Ukrainian law during your stay
  • Notify Asia Work of any change in contact details

7. Limitation of liability

Asia Work provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for visa rejections by Ukrainian consulates, employer decisions to terminate employment for cause, force majeure events, or actions by third parties (airlines, consulates, government agencies).

8. Intellectual property

All content on https://asiawork.org, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Asia Work LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or modify content without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
