Apply for a Job in Ukraine
Five short steps. Takes about five minutes. Our team responds within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp.

Applying for a job in Ukraine through Asia Work takes about 5 minutes. There is no fee — employers cover all costs. Our team reviews every application and responds within 24 hours on business days.
The form below collects the information we need to match you with open positions from verified Ukrainian employers. Fill it out once, and we handle the rest.
What to Have Ready
Before you start the application, gather these items:
- •Valid passport — your passport must have at least 12 months of validity remaining from today's date
- •Work experience summary — the countries you have worked in, the types of jobs you have held, and the number of years of experience
- •Professional certificates (if applicable) — welding qualifications, trade licences, CNC operator certificates, driving licences, or similar. You do not need to upload them now, but know what you have.
- •Contact information — a working email address and a WhatsApp-enabled phone number. We will use both to communicate with you.
- •Preferred job type — look at our available positions and note which categories interest you (welding, construction, factory, logistics, etc.)
You do not need to upload documents during the application. We will request specific documents after reviewing your profile and matching you with a position.
What Happens After You Submit
Here is the step-by-step sequence after you press "Submit":
Within 24 hours: A member of our recruitment team reviews your application. We check your experience, qualifications, and preferences against currently open positions.
Days 1–3: If your profile matches an open position, we contact you by email or WhatsApp with a specific job offer. The offer includes the employer name, job title, monthly salary, work location, contract duration, and accommodation details.
Days 3–7: You review the offer. Ask questions — we answer them. If you accept, we send you a document checklist specific to the position and your country of origin.
Days 7–14: You collect and send the required documents (passport scan, certificates, photos, police clearance). Our legal team in Kyiv verifies everything and begins the work permit application.
Days 14–45: Work permit processing (14–21 working days), followed by D visa application at the Ukrainian consulate in your country. We guide you through each step.
Days 45–60: Travel to Ukraine, arrival pickup, and your first day at work.
The full process from application to arrival takes 45 to 60 days. Read the complete process guide for detailed information about each step.
Is This Free?
Yes. Asia Work never charges candidates for any part of the service. This includes:
- •Job matching and placement — free
- •Work permit processing — free (employer pays government fees)
- •D visa document preparation — free
- •Arrival support and airport pickup — free
The Ukrainian employer pays Asia Work a service fee for each placement. This is standard practice in regulated recruitment. If anyone claiming to represent Asia Work asks you for money, it is fraud. Report it immediately to info@asiawork.com.ua.
Realistic Timeline
Every case is different. Here are the factors that affect your timeline:
| Factor | Impact |
|---|---|
| Document readiness | If your passport, police clearance, and certificates are current, the process is faster. Expired documents require renewal. |
| Country of origin | Consulate processing times vary. Indian consulates (Delhi, Mumbai) typically process D visas in 10–15 working days. Pakistan (Islamabad) takes 15–20 working days. |
| Job availability | If a matching position is open now, job matching takes 1–3 days. If your skills are specialized, matching may take longer. |
| Government processing | Work permit applications are processed by Ukraine's State Employment Service. Standard processing is 14–21 working days. This is outside our control. |
Fastest realistic timeline: 40 days (documents ready, position available, fast consulate).
Average timeline: 50–55 days.
Longest typical timeline: 75 days (document issues, consulate delays, or specialized job matching).
What If I'm Not Selected?
Not every application results in a placement. Common reasons include:
- •No matching position available — your skills or experience do not match currently open positions. We keep your application active for 6 months and contact you when a suitable position opens.
- •Document issues — expired passport, missing certificates, or police clearance older than 6 months. We tell you exactly what needs to be fixed. You can reapply after resolving the issue.
- •Health or background check — some positions require medical fitness certificates or clean criminal records. If you do not meet these requirements, we explain the situation clearly.
If you are not selected, you receive an email explaining the reason. You can reapply at any time with updated documents or when new positions become available.
Your Privacy
We take data protection seriously. Your application data is:
- •Stored in encrypted systems hosted in the EU
- •Shared only with the specific employer for the position you are matched with
- •Never sold to third parties, marketing companies, or unrelated agencies
- •Deleted upon your request at any time
Read our full Privacy Policy for complete details on data collection, storage, and your rights under GDPR.
