This page provides everything you need before and after submitting your partnership application. The form below takes about 5 minutes to complete. Our partnership team reviews applications within 2 business days and contacts approved agencies to schedule an introductory call.

What Information You Provide

The application form asks for:

• •Company name and registration number
• •Recruitment license number and issuing authority (MEA, OEP, BMET, DOLAB, POEA, or equivalent)
• •Country of operation and office address
• •Contact person — name, position, email, and phone number
• •Agency experience — years in operation, countries you have placed workers in, typical monthly candidate volume
• •Candidate profile — primary trades and skill levels your agency sources (welders, construction, factory, garment, etc.)
• •How you learned about Asia Work — referral, website, conference, social media, or other

All fields are required. Providing accurate license information speeds up verification and avoids delays.

What Happens After You Submit

Day 1–2: Our partnership team receives your application and begins verifying your recruitment license against the relevant government registry.

Day 2–5: If verification passes, your dedicated partnership manager contacts you via email to schedule an introductory call. The call covers compensation terms, the candidate submission process, document requirements, and any questions you have.

Day 5–12: After the call, our legal team sends the NDA and partnership agreement for your review and signature.

Day 12+: Agreement signed. You receive partner portal access and can begin submitting candidates immediately.

If your application is not approved (typically due to license verification issues), we notify you within 5 business days with the specific reason.

Documents to Have Ready

Before submitting your application, gather:

• •A copy of your recruitment license (scanned PDF or clear photograph)
• •Company registration certificate
• •Contact details for your compliance or operations lead
• •A brief portfolio of your placement history (countries, industries, volumes)

These are not uploaded in the form but will be requested during the onboarding process. Having them ready reduces back-and-forth and speeds up agreement signing.

Response Time

• •Initial application review: 2 business days
• •Introductory call scheduling: within 5 business days of approval
• •Agreement sent: within 3 business days of the introductory call
• •Portal access: same day as agreement signing

Business days are Monday through Friday, Kyiv time (UTC+2). Applications submitted on weekends are processed the following Monday.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a fee to apply for partnership? No. The application, onboarding, and portal access are free. There are no setup charges or recurring platform fees.

Can I apply if my agency is newly licensed? Yes, if your license is valid and active. New agencies without placement history are eligible, though agencies with demonstrated track records receive priority during employer matching.

What if I operate in a country not listed on your website? Apply anyway. If your country has a Ukrainian consulate or a feasible consulate route for D visa applications, we can evaluate the partnership. We have placed workers from countries not listed on our main pages.

Can two people from the same agency apply separately? Submit one application per agency. Include the primary contact person. Additional team members can be added to the partner portal after onboarding.
