This page is for owners, directors, and operations managers at licensed recruitment agencies considering a partnership with Asia Work to place candidates in Ukraine. Below is a complete picture of what Asia Work brings to the partnership, what we need from your agency, which industries are hiring, and how compensation works.

What Asia Work Brings to the Partnership

Asia Work operates from Kyiv with a legal team, employer relations department, and operations staff focused exclusively on placing foreign workers at Ukrainian employers. When you partner with us, your agency gains:

Direct employer contracts. We hold signed agreements with employers across Ukraine. Positions are confirmed and budgeted before we request candidates. You never source candidates for speculative openings.

Work permit authority. Our legal team submits work permit applications directly to the State Employment Service of Ukraine. Processing time: 14–21 working days. We handle document translation, notarization, and government correspondence in Ukrainian.

Visa support documentation. After work permit approval, we prepare the full visa support package: invitation letter, work permit confirmation, employer details, and accommodation confirmation. Your candidate takes these to the consulate appointment.

In-country logistics. We coordinate Moldova transit e-visas, airport pickup in Chișinău, border crossing at Palanca, transport to the work city, employer accommodation check-in, and first-week orientation. Your agency's involvement ends at the consulate stage.

Partner portal access. Track every candidate's status in real time: document review, work permit status, visa appointment, travel, and arrival confirmation. No need to email for updates.

Compliance and legal protection. All employment contracts comply with Ukrainian labor law. Workers receive official contracts, social insurance registration, and access to healthcare. We do not operate gray-market schemes.

What We Need from Partner Agencies

A productive partnership requires both sides to deliver consistently. From your agency, we need:

Pre-screened candidates. Submit candidates who meet the basic requirements for the positions they are applying for. This means valid passports, relevant work experience, and no disqualifying factors. Submitting unqualified candidates wastes processing time and delays your qualified candidates.

Complete documentation. Candidate files must include all required documents at submission. Incomplete files are returned and placed on hold. Our document checklist is provided during onboarding and is specific to each country.

Consulate preparation. Your team prepares candidates for the consulate interview. This includes reviewing required documents, coaching on interview conduct, and confirming the appointment date. A candidate who arrives at the consulate without proper preparation risks visa rejection.

Honest communication. If a candidate is planning to drop out, has undisclosed health issues, or has a complicated immigration history, tell us early. Surprises at the work permit or visa stage damage the employer relationship and delay other candidates.

Responsive communication. Our operations team works Kyiv business hours (UTC+2). We expect responses to urgent queries within 24 hours. Delays in document corrections or candidate confirmations directly impact processing timelines.

Industries with Highest Demand

Ukraine's reconstruction and industrial growth drive demand across these sectors:

Metal fabrication and welding. MIG, MAG, TIG welders for structural steel, shipbuilding components, and industrial equipment manufacturing. Concentrated in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia (safe zones), and Lviv.

Construction. Bricklayers, concrete workers, formworkers, fitters, roofers for residential and commercial reconstruction projects. Demand peaks March through October. Projects in Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Ternopil.

Manufacturing and assembly. Production line operators, machine operators, quality control, packaging. Year-round demand at plants in Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, and Dnipro.

Meat processing. Butchers, deboners, packers, line workers. Multiple halal-certified facilities. Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Kyiv region.

Garment and textiles. Seamstresses, pattern cutters, quality inspectors. Concentrated in Western Ukraine: Lviv, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk.

Warehouse and logistics. Loaders, pickers, forklift operators. Growing demand in Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa logistics hubs.

Countries We Partner With

We accept agencies from any country where workers can obtain a Ukrainian D visa. Current active partner countries:

  • India — agencies registered with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). D visa via Delhi or Mumbai consulate.
  • Pakistan — agencies with Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) license. D visa via Islamabad embassy.

  • Vietnam — DOLAB-licensed agencies. D visa via Hanoi.

How Compensation Works

Asia Work operates a performance-based compensation model. Key points:

  • Compensation is tied to successful candidate placements, defined as a worker arriving in Ukraine and starting employment
  • Payment terms, amounts, and schedule are outlined in the partnership agreement
  • Specific rates depend on placement volume, industry sector, and country of origin
  • Compensation details are discussed during the onboarding call after your application is approved
  • We support payments via international bank transfer to accounts in your operating country

We do not publish rates online. This protects both parties and ensures terms reflect the actual scope of each partnership. Your partnership manager will provide a complete breakdown during the introductory call.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an application fee? No. Applying for partnership is free. There are no setup fees, portal access fees, or onboarding charges.

Do we need experience placing workers in Ukraine specifically? No. Experience with international placements in any country is relevant. Our team provides full onboarding on Ukrainian processes, document requirements, and consulate procedures.

Can we partner with Asia Work while also working with other Ukraine-based companies? Yes. Standard partnerships are non-exclusive. You can work with other companies in parallel. Exclusive territory arrangements are available for agencies that commit to higher volumes.

How quickly can we start placing candidates after signing? Your first candidate can be submitted immediately after signing the partnership agreement. From submission to placement: 45–75 days. Most agencies complete their first placement within 90 days of signing.

What support does Asia Work provide for our first batch of candidates? Your first batch receives additional attention from our operations team. We review documents more closely, provide extra guidance on common mistakes specific to your country, and schedule a mid-process check-in call to address any issues. After the first batch is successfully placed, subsequent batches follow the standard workflow with less hand-holding needed.

Can we refer sub-agents or freelance recruiters? No. We work directly with licensed agencies. Sub-agent arrangements create compliance and quality control risks that we do not accept. If you know a qualified licensed agency that wants to partner with Asia Work, they should apply independently through the Partnership Application.

Agency Success Metrics

Our top-performing partner agencies share common traits. After onboarding dozens of agencies across multiple countries, the patterns are clear:

  • Document accuracy above 90% — agencies that pre-screen documents before submission spend less time on corrections and achieve faster placements
  • Candidate retention above 85% — agencies that properly brief candidates on job conditions, location, and timeline experience fewer dropouts
  • Response time under 24 hours — agencies that respond quickly to document correction requests and candidate queries maintain pipeline momentum
  • Diverse candidate pool — agencies that source across multiple trades maintain placement volume year-round regardless of seasonal demand shifts

We track these metrics in quarterly partnership reviews and use them to allocate priority access to high-demand positions.
